Anna Roberts Joins Patient Experience Project as Account Coordinator

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the addition of Anna Roberts as an account coordinator.

Roberts has several years of experience in account management, marketing and operations. Her previous work included serving as an account representative at Hearing Aid Marketing in Albany, New York, and an outbound operations manager at Estee Lauder in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

“Anna’s previous work managing accounts, coordinating internal production activities, and developing marketing strategies to help meet business goals will serve her well in her new role at PEP, and we look forward to her contributions to the team,” said Bill O’Bryon, managing director, digital and client services.

Roberts received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
