Caitlyn Dawson Starts at the Patient Experience Project

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the hiring of Caitlyn Dawson as a project manager.

In her role, Dawson is responsible for coordinating client work at the agency through every stage of planning and production. Before joining PEP, she worked as a project manager at Havas Life Metro, a health and wellness marketing communications firm. She has managed various digital and print projects for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, such as Genentech and Biogen.

“Caitlyn is very familiar with working in the fast-paced environment of pharmaceutical marketing,” says Christina Vail, director of operations at PEP. “She knows how to get results from her team to ensure deadlines are met and the work is the best it can be.”

Dawson earned her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in Easton Pennsylvania.
