Caryn Anatriello Joins PEP as Patient Experience Manager

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the addition of Caryn Anatriello as a patient experience manager.

Anatriello has more than 15 years of experience working on several multidisciplinary teams to create positive therapeutic outcomes for children and families with life-threatening diseases. Additionally, she has served on and chaired several pediatric committees throughout New York’s Capital Region. Before joining PEP, she worked as director of mission delivery for Make-A-Wish Northeast New York, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of medical outreach, volunteer support, and wish granting. She also served as a cofacilitator of children’s support programs for the American Cancer Society HopeClub in Latham, New York, and as a certified child life specialist in pediatric HIV services at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.

“Caryn’s extensive experience working with patients and their families and managing programs will enable her to make a significant contribution to the patient relationship management services offered by PEPpartners,” said Kristin Philips, managing director, PEPpartners and Strategy. “We are very pleased she has joined our team.”

Anatriello earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology/child life with a concentration in child life specialty from Syracuse University in New York.
