Caryn Anatriello Joins PEP as Patient Experience Manager

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the addition of Caryn Anatriello as a patient experience manager.

Anatriello has more than 15 years of experience working on several multidisciplinary teams to create positive therapeutic outcomes for children and families with life-threatening diseases. Additionally, she has served on and chaired several pediatric committees throughout New York’s Capital Region. Before joining PEP, she worked as director of mission delivery for Make-A-Wish Northeast New York, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of medical outreach, volunteer support, and wish granting. She also served as a cofacilitator of children’s support programs for the American Cancer Society HopeClub in Latham, New York, and as a certified child life specialist in pediatric HIV services at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.

Anatriello earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology/child life with a concentration in child life specialty from Syracuse University in New York.
