PEP Adds Another Digital Expert

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the hiring of Annie Miner as a digital project manager.

In her role at PEP, Miner is responsible for coordinating digital projects, including website and email program development through every stage of planning and production. She oversees cross-functional teams within the agency to ensure deadlines are met and every detail of a project is delivered to the highest quality.

Miner has extensive experience in project management, with a focus on digital strategy. Before joining PEP, she worked at prominent companies with strong online presences, such as Tigerspike, Etsy, and MakerBot. She was a senior digital project manager at avVenta Worldwide in New York City, a global digital marketing production company. Miner was also a project manager at Ruckus Media Group, where she had a lead role in the development and production of interactive iPad storybook applications.

“Web and digital technologies are powerful communication tools, and I have met few people who know them like Annie does” explained Dan Bobear, founder and president of PEP. “She has a crackerjack understanding of digital and social media formats, and her ability to effectively manage multifaceted projects and the countless details involved is impressive.”

Miner earned her bachelor’s degree in film and television from Boston University’s College of Communication in Massachusetts.
