Digital Strategist Nudrat Zoha Joins the Patient Experience Project

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY – The Patient Experience Project (PEP), a full-service, patient-centric marketing and communications agency based in Saratoga Springs, New York, has announced a new member of its digital team: Nudrat Zoha.

In her role at PEP, Zoha is responsible for the development and execution of strategy related to digital projects such as social media advertising, SEO optimization, website development, and email programs. Prior to joining PEP, Zoha worked as an associate campaign specialist at Oracle in Albany, New York, a company that specializes in developing and marketing database software and technology. Previously, she was a digital marketing specialist at World Book Inc. in Chicago, Illinois where she built impactful social media marketing programs and developed digital strategies that helped increase the company’s website traffic and e-commerce-generated revenue.

“Nudrat is a smart, talented digital strategist who understands how to optimize the use of digital marketing and social media to help businesses reach and effectively communicate with their audiences,” says Bill O’Bryon, managing director of digital and client services at PEP. “She is also an extremely civic-minded person whose volunteer efforts in her free time demonstrate an impressive sense of humanity and empathy—values we try to promote through our work at PEP.”

Zoha earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master’s degree in journalism and communications from DePaul University in Chicago.

Outside of work, Zoha is the chief operating officer at the Thaakat Foundation, a nonprofit that aims to advance youth-led humanitarian relief work in remote villages of Sierra Leone, Ghana, and Pakistan. The efforts of the Thaakat Foundation have positively impacted more than 40,000 lives and counting.

Zoha is bilingual, speaking both English and Urdu (national language of Pakistan).
