SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY—The Patient Experience Project (PEP), an EVERSANA™ agency, has announced the addition of Edward Decker as director of operations. In his new role, Decker oversees the growth and profitability of PEP, including the management of expenses and business procedures to ensure that the agency operates effectively and efficiently.
Decker has more than 15 years of experience managing and directing finances and operations for nationally recognized advertising agencies. His areas of expertise include business development, forecasting, budget management, and contractual negotiations.

Prior to joining PEP, Decker held senior leadership roles as the director of operations and finance at Brandforming, LLC; vice president, operations and finance at Guarino Haskins Market Access, LLC; and vice president, director of financial services at PALIO. Earlier in his career, he worked on the account services side, where he executed marketing campaigns for major national and global corporate accounts.
Decker earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix.
