Kyla Yourch is the newest member of the Patient Experience Project (PEP) team.
She joins PEP’s operations department as a financial coordinator responsible for various aspects of accounting and financial management for the agency.
Yourch comes to the PEP with more than 12 years of financial services experience. Previously, she held financial management positions at H2Pump, LLC, Latham, New York, and Select Sotheby’s International Realty, Saratoga Springs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in business from St. John’s University, Queens, New York.
“Kyla’s wide range of experiences and attention to detail make her a good fit for our fast-paced, multi-faceted agency,” said Christina Vail, director of Operations at the Patient Experience Project. “We’re pleased to have her join us as the PEP continues to grow and evolve.”
