The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the addition of Danielle Morgan.
In her role as a patient experience coordinator, Morgan plans, schedules, and coordinates a myriad of details for various patient-centered programs and events, including workgroups and ambassador programs.
Most recently, Morgan worked as a senior sales associate for PepsiCo, managing hundreds of accounts in the Boston, Massachusetts and northern New England areas. Previously, she worked in sales and customer development at Frito-Lay, Albany, New York.
“Danielle has exceptional communication skills, a very personable nature, and a comprehensive customer service skillset,” PEP’s Patient Experience Manager Alissa Buhrmaster said. “She is a perfect fit in her role as a frontline liaison to the patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers we collaborate with.”
Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
