Thompson joins the agency as an insights specialist responsible for gathering insights from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers about living with certain diseases and conditions. These insights are used to inform the development of various educational and support programs and resources. Thompson supports the strategy team at PEP as well as the staff at PEPpartners, the agency’s patient relationship management offering.
Before joining PEP, Thompson worked as an associate at the THREE Group, a market research firm in Saratoga Springs. Previously, she was a group marketing representative at Brown & Brown of New York, Inc (formerly Rowlands & Barranca Agency, Inc), an employee benefits management company in Albany, New York.

Thompson earned her bachelor’s degree in management, with honors, from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
