The Patient Experience Project (PEP) welcomes Jenna Engelstein to its team.
Engelstein is a copy editor with a broad range of experience in the fields of medicine, science, technology, and healthcare. From textbook-length manuscripts and scientific journal articles to online advertising, websites, and e-newsletters, Engelstein has provided editorial oversight to ensure error-free content is published across multi-media channels.
Prior to joining the PEP, Engelstein worked for Elsevier, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and San Diego, California, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, she has worked as an editor on a variety of other projects in the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, and allied health professions.

Engelstein earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, with honors, from the University of Rochester, and completed a certificate program in editing at the University of California Berkeley Extension.
