New Senior Content Strategist Joins PEP’s Growing Team

Stephanie Hlywak has joined the team at the Patient Experience Project (PEP) as a senior content strategist.

Hlywak is a senior-level communications strategist and new media expert with proven success in branding, awareness, and cultivation campaigns across social, email, and digital platforms. As a senior content strategist at PEP, she is responsible for engaging with patients and caregivers and playing a key role in translating insights into strategies, programs, and content plans for clients. Before joining PEP, she was the national director of content marketing for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and an account supervisor at Kathy Schaeffer and Associates Public Relations and Public Affairs, both in Illinois. Hlywak earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a master of arts in the humanities from the University of Chicago, also in Illinois.
