In this role, she will have accountability over all office systems, procedures, supplies, equipment orders, maintenance and repairs, and services relationships. She will also be responsible for onboarding schedules for new hires and meeting logistics.
DeLuke has more than 30 years of experience in office management across a variety of industries, including healthcare advertising, events and entertainment, and commercial development. In this roles, she has worked on wellness committees, provided executive assistant and human resources support, hired and managed staff, managed budgets and company compliance, oversaw employee onboarding, and assisted with corporate fundraising. DeLuke has managed and maintained multiple locations across the United States, working with landlords, tenants, janitorial staff, vendors, and contractors to renovate and furnish spaces.
