PEP Announces 2 New Hires

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the addition of two new employees: Jennifer Cummings and Gretchen DiMaggio.

Jennifer Cummings is an art director at PEP who is responsible for producing core concept material and other visuals ranging from web, print, and exhibit design to corporate branding and logo design. She has 8 years of experience as a graphic designer, having worked primarily in the automobile and manufacturing sectors. Cummings earned her bachelor’s degree in visual communication design from Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford in Connecticut.

“Jennifer has a quick mind and an amazing work ethic,” explains PEP’s creative lead, David A. Moore. “She knows how to tackle a challenging project head on and how to accentuate the human connection in any campaign, even when the focus is technology.”

Gretchen DiMaggio joins PEP as an administrative assistant responsible for supporting myriad functions that relate to the management of the growing agency, which includes offices in Saratoga Springs and Chicago, Illinois. DiMaggio has more than 10 years of office management experience, having served as vice president of administration for a consulting firm in Chicago. She also worked as an executive assistant at People Magazine’s editorial office in Chicago. DiMaggio earned a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson.

“Gretchen is very much at home in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,” says Christina Vail, managing director of operations at PEP. “Her professionalism, ability to multitask, and personable nature make her a great asset to our business administration department.”
