The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has been named one of the “2016 Best Places to Work” by the Albany Business Review.
“This is an especially meaningful honor because it is based on the confidential opinions of our employees,” explained Dan Bobear, president and founder of the PEP. “We strive to be a workplace where people feel valued and want to come to work each day to make a difference.”
The PEP is one of 36 companies in New York’s Capital Region being honored for going ab
ove and beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and worthwhile work environment for their employees. This is the first year the PEP has received this competitive accolade. Winners were chosen based on data collected by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, which confidentially surveyed
employees about the company.
An award ceremony will be held for the “2016 Best Places to Work” companies on December 2nd at the Hilton Garden Inn, Troy, New York.
