The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the hiring of Brenna Kubisch.
Kubisch is a digital strategist at the PEP who is responsible for helping clients to drive customer engagement through the use of inbound and outbound digital marketing approaches. An integral part of her role is to provide ongoing analysis of digital strategies to ensure they are delivering optimal results and to recommend adjustments, as needed, to enhance user experience and program performance.
Before joining the PEP, Kubisch served as a digital marketing strategist in the higher education sector, leveraging search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital practices to attract qualified applicants. Additionally, she has launched effective social and email marketing campaigns for a regional chamber of commerce in upstate New York. Brenna also has experience in event planning and public relations, including having developed publicity campaigns for more than 50 self-published authors.
“Brenna’s skillset and experience make her a valuable addition to our digital team,” said Bill O’Bryon, director of Digital Strategy at the Patient Experience Project. “Her insight into the latest digital practices and familiarity with traditional marketing approaches provides a powerful one-two punch for delivering best-in-class strategies to our clients.”
Kubisch earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the State University of New York at Cortland, Cortland, New York.
