PEP’s Growth Continues: New Account Director Hired

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the hiring of a new account director—Lauren Miller.

Miller comes to PEP with more than 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical advertising industry. In her role as account director, she is responsible for providing management support and oversight for client projects, developing solutions for enhancing new and existing service offerings, and producing financial reports.

Previously, she served as a vice president, group account supervisor at Ogilvy Healthworld, an account supervisor at Havas Life Metro, and an account supervisor at GSW Worldwide, all in New York City. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, with honors, from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University in Massachusetts.
