Sandra Richman Joins Patient Experience Project as Director of Media and Analytics

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) has announced the addition of Sandra Richman as director of media and analytics in the agency’s Chicago, Illinois, office.

Richman has more than 12 years of experience in client relationships, digital marketing, and reporting and analytics. She has managed a $16 million national digital advertising budget and has led digital marketing strategies, digital campaign execution, and campaign analytics for highly targeted patient recruitment programs designed to generate qualified leads for open clinical trials. Previously, she served as manager of digital advertising for Great Wolf Lodge and associate director of marketing analytics for TBWA\WorldHealth, both in Chicago, and as a senior research analyst at Human Services Research Institute in Boston, Massachusetts, and Chicago.

“Sandra is an entrepreneurial manager who has a proven track record of creating and implementing digital marketing strategies that successfully meet client objectives. In addition, she has a very strong background in researching demographic trends and media consumption habits and analyzing that data to develop successful marketing campaigns,” said Bill O’Bryon, PEP’s managing director of Digital and Client Services.

Richman earned her bachelor of science in psychology at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and her master of social work at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
